Kuwait announces public holiday due to heavy rains
(MENAFN) On Tuesday, Kuwaiti government forced to proclaim a public holiday due to heavy rains.
The Gulf state has witnessed pouring rains in the last two days, which caused flooding in several areas across the country.
In a statement, the Kuwaiti cabinet proclaimed Tuesday as a holiday for all ministries, public and private schools and universities over the rains.
Kuwait's exchange market also announced it was stopping processes on Tuesday due to bad weather.
