Berlin: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met this afternoon with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany Heiko Maas, on the sidelines of the Qatar Germany Business and Investment Forum in Berlin.
During the meeting, they reviewed the strategic relations between the two friendly countries and prospects for developing them further in various fields.
In this context, HE the German Minister thanked HH the Amir for holding the Forum in Berlin this year, and the consequent investments that reflect the strength of economic cooperation between the two countries.
Discussions also dealt with the latest developments on the regional and international arenas, particularly the humanitarian situation in Yemen, Palestine and Syria.
The meeting was attended by a number of Their Excellencies members of the official delegation accompanying HH the Amir. (QNA)
