(MENAFN) Attempting to grant customers the ability to obtain further mobile plans value, 'Recommend' has been launched by the latest mobile brand Virgin Mobile of Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (EITC).
Recommend has been launched so that customers can place the most efficient plan for their mobile requirements, as customers are to receive per month a personalized notification and suggest a move up or down to the direction of the greatest mobile plan.
Managing director of Virgin Mobile Karim Benkirane stated "Virgin Mobile is all about providing a superior customer experience and delivering the best possible value to our users, it's in our brand DNA. Our 'Recommend' feature analyses customers' mobile behaviour and provides them with a recommendation each month based on their actual usage."
He continued "so, if you're not using up all of your monthly minutes or data we'll recommend that you take a lower plan next month and help you to save some money. On the other hand, if you are constantly adding boosters or using pay as you go, we'll recommend that you take a higher plan, which will end up costing you less.
