(MENAFN- Pajhwok Afghan News) KABUL (Pajhwok): Sitara from Kabul topped the e-Tazkira program€™s written test by scoring 253 marks according to the results announced on Wednesday.
Mohammad Asif from central Maidan Wardak province got second position with 243 marks and Safiullah from Ghazni province with 241 marks finished third.
About 492 individuals from 33 provinces qualified for the interview test of the E-Tazkira National Program positions organized by the Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Services Commission (IARCSC) on May 5.
A press release from the IARCSC, announcing the written test€™s results, said the test was conducted with support from relevant government institutions under the oversight of various government and independent institutions where roughly 6500 individuals (male and female) participated from the across country.
Some 492 individuals, who passed the written test, found their way to interview before being recruited in contractual posts of E-Tazkira National Program, the statement said.
The next step of the process was to conduct interview in Pashto or any other language chosen by a candidate.
The IARCSC congratulated the position holders, notifying those scoring higher than 180 marks were included in the reserved list of the commission and would be given priority in future identical recruitment without a written test.
Except Zabul province, from where no candidate turned up for the test, successful candidates were from 33 provinces of Afghanistan.
The commission was thankful to the Ministry of Higher Education, in particular, the Kankor (Entrance Exam) Department and civil society representatives that monitored the entire process.
The IARCSC said it was committed to transparency and unsuccessful candidates could register complaints until May 13, 2017.
