Arab police and security chiefs conference kicks off in Tunis

Tunis, Rabi'I 8, 1438, Dec 7, 2016, SPA -- Arab police and security chiefs started in Tunis today their 40th conference in the participation of senior security officials from all Arab countries and representatives of the Arab League, the GCC, the Interpol, the UN bureau in charge of combating drugs and organized crime, the UN High Commission for Refugees Affairs, Prince Naif Arab university for Security Sciences and Arab sports union for police.
General Othman bin Nasser Al-Muhrej, Director of Public Security, led the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the meeting.
Addressing the conference, Al-Hadi Al-Majzoub, minister of interior, underscored the importance of the conference amid the current complicated situations in the region.
