Under Secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs receives credentials of new Head of EU Delegation to UAE

ABU DHABI 14th September 2015 (WAM) -- Mohammed Meer Al Raisi Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs MoFA has received a copy of the credentials of Patrizio Fondi recently appointed Head of the EU Delegation to the United Arab Emirates at his office at the ministry's headquarters.

Al Raisi wished Fondi success in the performance of his duties in hopes of further enhancing cooperation relations between the UAE and the EU.

Fondi expressed his keenness on representing the EU in the UAE because of the amount of regional and international prestige the country enjoys thanks to the wise leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
