Hodges Resources to deliver possible resource upgrade


(MENAFN- ProactiveInvestors - Australia) Hodges Resources (ASX:HDG) is to release a potential resource upgrade and has been granted a trading halt by the ASX. Hodges has been exploring three projects consisting of the Salman South and Mame gold project in Ghana, which is in the Ashanti Gold Belt; the Norr Dottern uranium project in Sweden and the Moliagul molybdenum project in Australia. Hodges also recently increased its landholding in the coal rich Botswana with one prospecting licence adjacent to the 4.2 billion tonne Takatokwane Project resource owned by Nimrodel Resources (ASX:NMR). A joint venture agreement with Meerkat Energy (Botswana) (Pty) Ltd has been entered into for the acquisition of up to 80% of Meerkat's two main coal prospects in Botswana.
