MES Indian School is organising a two-day activity-based workshop for teachers from today until tomorrow to be held at the school premises. The workshop aims to make teachers more efficient and competent in their profession.
Aarti C Rajaratnam, a globally acclaimed Clinical Psychologist, an author and NLP Master Trainer, is the resource person for the two-day workshop.
It is the first of its kind to be conducted for all Indian schools' teachers under one roof.
‘Neuroscience of Learning and Personal Effectiveness to be an Inspiring Teacher' are the major topics which will be focused in the workshop. It includes Levels of learning, Behaviour and the Brain, Emotional Intelligence, Focusing on the Self, EQ and Seven Obstacles.
A total of 330 teachers representing various Indian schools in Doha are expected to participate in this grand educational venture. The Department of Guidance and Counselling and the members of the school orientation team laso organised a counselling session for the parents of MES Indian School students.
Said session is also scheduled on Thursday evening at the same venue.
