Qatar Airways' Frequent Flyer Programme, Privilege Club, announced its most recent partnership with Qatar Duty Free (QDF), where passengers can now earn Qmiles while shopping at QDF's numerous retail outlets, including at a selection of global luxury brands such as Hermes, Ralph Lauren and Burberry, in the airline's five-star hub, Hamad International Airport (HIA).
In the past, members had the privilege of redeeming their Qmiles at QDF, but this new and exclusive collaboration offers another opportunity to earn Qmiles when purchasing products at selected QDF stores. With an expanding list of impressive brands offering Qmiles benefits, passengers can embark on a whole new travel experience during their journey. Qatar Duty Free Senior Vice President, Mr. Luis Gasset, said: 'We are thrilled to announce this new partnership with Privilege Club, offering our customers even more reason to indulge in an unforgettable five-star experience in our award-winning shopping emporium. Until now, our passengers have been able to redeem their Qmiles at HIA but now they have the additional advantage of earning Qmiles when they shop in some of our leading brands.

Qatar Airways Privilege Club members can earn Qmiles and Qpoints every time they fly with Qatar Airways or its oneworld partner airlines. Qpoints allow members to move up the membership tiers, while Qmiles are reward miles that can be redeemed at QDF, as well as being used for upgrades and excess baggage, and on flights to destinations served by Qatar Airways, oneworld alliance and airline partners. To earn Qmiles while shopping at QDF, Privilege Club members should ensure that they quote their membership number at check-in and ensure that it is shown on their boarding passes before purchasing from the partnership's selected stores.
