Denis Bortnikov, deputy president and chairman of the Management Board at Russia's VTB Bank PJSC, has been appointed chairman of the Supervisory Board at VTB Bank Azerbaijan, the bank said in a message Nov. 24.
Bortnikov has served in the banking sector for more than 20 years, including 11 years in the VTB Group.
