Universal Travel and Tourism to open new offices in Oman and other GCC countries


(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) As part of its expansion drive, the Universal Travel and Tourism Agencies plans to open offices in other GCC countries, besides branches in the sultanate. 

Relaunching the brand at Crowne Plaza Muscat on Wednesday, Ali Abdul Khaliq Ibrahim, chief executive officer, Universal Travel and Tourism Agencies, said, ''We are different from the rest as we ensure that the trip remains memorable for our customers.''

The group has revamped its outbound and inbound travel services and plans to open offices in South Ghubra, Duqm and at Muscat Grand Mall and Muscat International Airport to tap into the booming tourism market. ''We are focusing more on other GCC countries as more number of travellers are visiting Oman. We plan to open offices in these countries to tap the increasing numbers of tourists from there.''

With the relaunch, the company hopes to enhance experience of travellers.

''Over the past two decades, we have proved that customer always comes first for us. We specialise in providing personalised services to all our customers,'' added Ibrahim.
