Ukrenergo: Power Outages Implemented In Seven Regions Due To Massive Russian Attack
"Over the past 24 hours and into the current 24-hour period, the enemy carried out a massive drone attack on energy infrastructure facilities in several regions. As a result of equipment damage, as of this morning, users in the Kharkiv, Sumy, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Cherkasy, and Odesa regions remain without power. Emergency repair work is being carried out wherever safety conditions currently permit," the statement reads.
It is noted that as of 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, electricity consumption is 3.5% lower than the previous day's level. The reason for this shift is clear weather in most regions of Ukraine, which leads to high efficiency of residential solar power plants and a corresponding reduction in energy consumption from the main grid.

Please limit the use of high-power electrical appliances from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and do not turn on several such appliances at the same time," Ukrenergo noted.
As previously reported, more than 14,000 workers from repair crews restoring critical infrastructure following Russian attacks in February will receive a 20,000-hryvnia bonu. On April 1, the government allocated 281.3 million hryvnias for this purpose.
