Jin Acquires Online Monitoring And Moderation Specialist

PARIS-French communications consultancy Jin has acquired Atchik, a leading player in online moderation, multilingual monitoring, and community management, Which it will merge with its existing Opinion Act by Jin operation, which specializes in social media monitoring and research.
The merger will combine Atchik's expertise in monitoring and moderation with the strength of Opinion Act by Jin's AI-augmented team to create one of the largest digital opinion analysis teams in Europe, with a team of more than 45 specialists supporting 90 clients and generating €6 million in revenue, under the leadership of Romain Ponceau, general director of Opinion Act by JIN.
According to Edouard Fillias, CEO of the Jin Group, the new organization provides broad data coverage and a continuous presence at the heart of online conversations,“to safeguard clients' reputations, inform executive decision-making, and support brands in building lasting relationships with their communities.”
Atchik will bring new conversational data drawn from organizations' social media platforms, as well as proprietary AI-assisted response technology amd“allow us to move beyond traditional approaches and deliver genuine anticipatory capabilities, complemented by multilingual expertise,” says Ponceau,.
Opinion Act x Atchik will offer an impact methodology to support executive decision-making. real-time and anticipatory monitoring (AI-powered) to safeguard reputation; dedicated studies enhanced by AI; 24/7 moderation services; and a community management offering designed to turn comments into meaningful conversations with customers.
