Ioannis Kratsiotis

I completed my PhD in Organisational Psychology at the University of Manchester in 2020, followed by a postdoctoral research position at Aston University. Since 2021, I have been a Lecturer in Organisational Psychology in the Department of People and Performance at Manchester Metropolitan University. I have over five years of experience in higher education, having taught and supported undergraduate and postgraduate psychology students in the UK and internationally.
My teaching covers areas such as Research Methods, Personality and Individual Differences, and Work Psychology. My research focuses on individual differences, self-determination theory, leadership, and innovative work behaviour, with an emphasis on understanding how personality and motivational processes shape workplace outcomes and employee well-being.
