Snow joins the content services and process automation company from PTC, where he led global brand and communications efforts, and brings more than 20 years of experience across marketing and corporate communications. In the role, he will oversee Hyland's corporate communications strategy, executive visibility and brand storytelling, leading a unified marketing and communications team.

MONTREAL - Groupe Touchette has appointed Jocelyn Poirier as chief corporate affairs officer as part of a broader corporate restructuring designed to strengthen governance and enterprise oversight. In the role, Poirier will oversee corporate affairs including governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, legal strategy, corporate communications and institutional relations.

LOS ANGELES - University of Southern California senior VP and chief communications officer Joel Curran will depart at the end of December, with vice president of executive communications and strategic initiatives Megan Jordan named interim SVP and CCO effective January 1, 2026. Curran has served in the role since June 2023, while Jordan joined USC in 2024 after serving as chief communications and marketing officer at Claremont McKenna College.

VANCOUVER - North Arrow Minerals has appointed Kaeli Gattens as VP of communications, effective December 1. Gattens joins from Yukon Metals Corp., where she served as VP of investor relations, and previously held senior communications and public affairs roles across the global mining and metals sector.
