Thirty-Six Russian Companies And Eighteen Individuals Fall Under New Ukrainian Sanctions
“The decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of 6 November 2025 'On the Application of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions)' shall be enacted,” both documents state.
Decree No. 819 contains two annexes listing the individuals and entities subject to restrictions. The document provides for the imposition of economic measures against 36 Russian companies and 18 individuals.
The sanctions applied to these persons include, in particular, asset blocking; deprivation of state awards; restrictions on trade operations; prevention of capital withdrawal; and suspension of the performance of economic and financial obligations.

Separately, the President pledged a response to Russian sanctions imposed on Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.
