I am a Senior Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Central Queensland University, and part of the Appleton Institute and HealthWise research group. My research focusses on sleep and nutrition, with a particular focus on shiftworker health and safety. I work to stop health misinformation and promote strategic and easy options for health and wellbeing - backed by the research!
