Volt Carbon Technologies Announces Increase Of Private Placement


(MENAFN- Newsfile Corp) Calgary, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - September 2, 2025) - Volt Carbon Technologies Inc. (TSXV: VCT) (OTCQB: TORVF) ("Volt Carbon" or the "Company"), with reference to its prior news releases dated July 31, 2025, and August 12, 2025, is pleased to announce it has obtained approval from the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V") to increase the size of its non-brokered private placement to 11,000,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.02 per Unit, for gross proceeds of up to $220,000.

Each Unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. The closing of the Offering remains subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals, including the final approval of the TSX-V.

The Company intends to use the proceeds of the Offering to advance its battery and mineral separation technologies, pay outstanding payables, and for general working capital purposes.
