DNAKE Releases Cloud Platform 2.0.0 With A Fully Redesigned Interface And Powerful New Features
Whether you're managing a large community or a single-family home, Cloud 2.0.0 makes it easier to manage devices, users, and access - all in one unified platform.
“This version is a big step forward,” said Yipeng Chen, Product Manager at DNAKE.“We've redesigned the platform based on real-world feedback. It's cleaner, faster, and more intuitive - especially for large-scale deployments.”
What's New in Cloud 2.0.0?
1. All-New Dashboard Experience
A redesigned UI provides separate views for property managers and installers, featuring real-time alerts, system overviews, and quick-access panels to speed up daily operations.
2. New 'Site' Structure for Flexible Deployments
The new“Site” model replaces the old“Project” setup, supporting both multi-unit communities and single-family homes. This makes deployment faster and more flexible across different scenarios.
3. Smarter Community Management Tools
Add buildings, residents, public areas, and devices from one interface - with auto-fill and visual layouts to simplify configuration and reduce setup time.
4. Custom Access Roles
Go beyond default“tenant” or“staff” roles by assigning custom access permissions for cleaners, contractors, and long-term guests - offering flexibility without compromising security.
5. Free Access Rules for Public Environments
Perfect for semi-public spaces like schools or hospitals, this feature allows selected entrances to stay open during specific hours - boosting convenience while maintaining control.
6. Auto-Sync to Door Station Phonebooks
Phonebook syncing is now automatic. Once you add a resident to an apartment, their contact info appears in the door station's phonebook - no manual work needed.
7. One App for All
With this release, DNAKE Smart Pro now supports IPK and TWK series devices - simplifying daily management by using just one app.
8. Performance Boosts Across the Board
Beyond the visual refresh and new features, DNAKE Cloud 2.0.0 brings major performance enhancements. One standout upgrade: the system now supports up to 10,000 access users per rule, compared to the previous 600-user limit, making it ideal for large-scale deployments.
