Earlier, Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri stated that following the SCO plenary session, PM Modi is scheduled to hold a bilateral meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. After the meeting, the Prime Minister will return to India.
Context Of SCO Summit
The meeting comes on the sidelines of the 25th Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Heads of State Council Summit, held from August 31 to September 1 in Tianjin.
