Invaders Cut Off Gas And Electricity In Occupied Luhansk Region Over Minor Debts
“In several districts of occupied Luhansk region, particularly those near the front line, Russian forces are cutting off gas and electricity. Mass disconnections over even small unpaid utility bills began in June. These cases have been recorded in Sievierodonetsk, Lysychansk, Sokolohirsk, Holubivka, as well as in the Svatove, Kreminna, and Slovianoserbsk areas,” Kharchenko stated.

“At the Luhansk urban greenery and infrastructure combine, which is responsible for tasks including the repair of deteriorating architectural structures, 63% of positions remain vacant,” the regional head added.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, due to a lack of medical personnel in occupied Luhansk, paramedics and midwives are being forced to perform the duties of doctors.
