Saudi Arabia Decries Ongoing Israeli Occupation Crimes Against Palestinians

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RIYADH, Aug 21 (KUNA) -- The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has condemned in the strongest possible terms the Israeli occupation authorities' persistence in their crimes against the Palestinian people and their occupied land, and their ongoing attempts to displace them and prevent the establishment of their independent state.
This includes their ongoing expansion of settlement construction around occupied Jerusalem and the expansion of their operations and aggression, amounting to crimes of genocide against defenseless civilians in the Gaza Strip, said the foreign ministry, in a statement carried by the official Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
The Kingdom affirms that these steps constitute serious violations of international law and relevant Security Council resolutions.
Moreover, Riyadh affirms that the implementation of these dangerous Israeli plans and continued Israeli occupation authorities and forcesآ' crimes without deterrence have a significant impact on the security and stability of the region, and threaten the legitimacy of the international order. (end)
