Woman Shot Dead By Son At Swat Judicial Complex During Court Hearing

(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) A woman was shot dead by her own son inside the Kabal Judicial Complex in Swat on Monday while she was appearing for a court hearing.

On the day of the incident, she was brought to the court for her scheduled appearance when her 22-year-old son, who was already present at the complex, opened fire on her. She died on the spot.

Police acted swiftly and arrested the suspect along with the murder weapon. A case has been registered.

Officials revealed that the 37-year-old victim's husband works as a laborer in Oman. They also stated that the woman had previously left home on multiple occasions. Police say further investigation into the incident is ongoing.
