
Kathua Encounter: 2 Cops Injured, Operation Continues

Srinagar- Two cops were injured in ongoing encounter in Juthana area of Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday.
Official sources said that during initial firefight, two policemen recieved gunfight wounds, reported news agency GNS.
They were immediately shifted to nearby hospital for treatment, where their condition is said to be stable.
Meanwhile, Operation in the area was still underway as this report was filed.
Earlier, an exchange of fire took place between terrorists and security forces in Juthana area.
