LONDON - CommsClarity Consulting, the media intelligence advisory founded by evaluation and insights experts Richard Bagnall and Paul Hender, has expanded the business through two strategic partnerships.
The duo are now working with MT Advice & Partners – set up as part of Media:Track by CEO Steffen Egelund (pictured, top right) to provide consultancy to leaders of media intelligence firms – and Steph Bridgeman (pictured, top left), founder of Experienced Media Analysts, who will enhance CommsClarity's support for PR agencies and in-house teams.
CommsClarity was founded last September by former Carma, Metrica and Gorkana leaders Bagnall (pictured, bottom left)and Hender (bottom right) last September to help comms professionals and teams evolve their approach to planning, research and measurement.
Bagnall told PRovoke Media:“There has clearly been a need for a service like this - we have been bowled over by the number of organisations seeking our help and advice. Our clients already include global in-house teams, NFPs, specialist PR agencies, and large ones too.
“We have been helping them all improve their measurement and evaluation so that they stop fearing it and instead embrace data and evaluation as something to welcome and elevate the art of comms. The demand has been so great that we need to be able to expand.”
Bridgeman, who began her career at Metrica alongside Bagnall and Hender and is an AMEC board member, said partnering with CommsClarity would provide“robust, practical support for PR and in-house teams navigating today's complex evaluation challenges.”
“We're thrilled to partner again with Steph,” said Bagnall.“Her deep experience and no-nonsense approach complements our own, greatly scaling the support we can offer agency and inhouse PR professionals looking to upskill their teams and embrace best practice communications evaluation.”
Partnering with MT Advice & Partners adds a third pillar to CommsClarity's offer, that of strategic and operational support to media intelligence firms, with Bagnall saying“there can be no communications evaluation without great media intelligence vendors, so ensuring that these organisations deliver a service and product that works for the comms industry is critical too.”
“We need to help vendors move on from a 'one size fits all' approach to counting what's easy to count, and help them embrace the need to support their clients to measure what matters. Over 30 years, our team has built, scaled and run many of the world's most successful media intelligence and communications measurement businesses. Our combined experience supports the global media intelligence ecosystem improve their services, products and performance.”
Hender added:“Our combined expertise equips media intelligence businesses to scale quickly, effectively and compete successfully in a media environment that is changing in near real-time.”
