Iran launches gas, data projects

The managing director of the National Iranian gas Company (NIGC), Saeed Tavakoli, revealed that 3,984 gas supply and development projects will be launched across the country in celebration of the Ten-Day Dawn, which marks the 46th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution. These projects are set to enhance various aspects of Iran’s energy infrastructure, with a focus on ensuring equitable access to Natural gas for all regions, including cities, villages, and less developed areas.
Tavakoli emphasized that the development of gas supply to these underserved areas is a top priority. This effort is designed to guarantee that all citizens benefit from the use of natural gas, reflecting a commitment to social justice and fair distribution. The aim is to eliminate disparities in energy access, providing both urban and rural populations with reliable and sustainable gas services.
Additionally, Tavakoli announced the inauguration of a state-of-the-art data center, which will be operational during the Ten-Day Dawn. The data center is designed to meet advanced international standards, contributing to Iran’s growth in the field of information and communication technology. The project was developed with careful planning and the expertise of domestic specialists, showcasing Iran’s growing capabilities in this vital sector.
