KUWAIT, Feb 2 (KUNA) -- Governor of Al-Jahra, Ahmad Al-Hebeshi, reflected on the flag hoisting ceremony held on Sunday saying its carries sincere sentiments and appreciation.
Al-Hebeshi extended his congratulations to His Highness the Amir sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the crown prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah. (end)
