HMC Warns Against Fake Health Card Renewal Text Message

Doha, Qatar: Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) issued a public notice warning today, July 21, about fraudulent messages related to health card renewals that contain suspicious links.

HMC advises patients and members to be vigilant and avoid opening links or SMS from unverified sources.

"We kindly request all patients and members of the public to exercise caution and refrain from opening any SMS messages sent by unverified sources. These messages may contain fraudulent or suspicious links that claim to update your personal information or health card," HMC stated on X.
