Honor Killing In Swabi: Brother Murders Sister And Her Friend

In a tragic incident in Swabi district, a brother killed his sister and her friend in the name of honor.
According to Topi Police Station, the murders occurred in Batakra within their jurisdiction. The father of the victim reported to the police that while he was sleeping between Monday and Tuesday night, he heard gunshots. He then saw his son, Mukhtiar Ali, exiting a room with a pistol. "When I went to the room, my 20-year-old daughter and Imran, also known as Bahlol, aged nineteen, were lying dead in a compromising position," he stated.

The police have registered a case against Mukhtiar Ali, son of Juma Gul, aged thirty, and have commenced an investigation.
The bodies have been shifted to the hospital for post-mortem examinations. The police have also arrested Mukhtiar for the murders.
