Kuwait Youth Volleyball Team Win Against Iraq's In Arab Championship

AMMAN, July 4 (KUNA) -- The Kuwaiti U-17 national volleyball team defeated their Iraqi peer 3-0 in the Arab Championship in Amman on Thursday.
The Kuwaiti players put out a great and special performance against the Iraqi team and deserved to win based on the efforts that were given, the team Manager Abdullah AL-Rays told KUNA after the match.
He added that the team was able to compensate for its loss to the Saudi team yesterday, expressing the aspiration of the administrative and technical staff in the Kuwaiti team to complete the tournament at the level it presented today against its Iraqi counterpart.
He pointed out that the Kuwaiti team will begin its preparations to face its Jordanian counterpart in the next match, which is its third match in this tournament. (end)
