Minister Of Endowments And Islamic Affairs And Head Of Qatari Hajj Mission Meets Qatari Campaigners


(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The Qatari Hajj Mission hosted the campaigners at its headquarters in Makkah Al Mukarramah, within the framework of coordinating efforts, strengthening communication ties, and exchanging views on the Hajj season and the requirements for its success, before Qatar's pilgrims head Friday morning to the Mina camps to spend the day of Tarwiyah and overnight there, in preparation for their departure on Saturday to Arafat.
HE Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs and Head of the Qatari Hajj Mission Ghanem bin Shaheen Al Ghanim met the 19 campaigners and listened to their opinions and requirements within the framework of creating all conditions and providing the finest services and facilities to Qatar's pilgrims in the holy sites of Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah.
His Excellency stressed that Qatar is making the utmost efforts to serve the pilgrims and all campaigns and facilitate their affairs so that this year's Hajj season will be distinguished and most successful. He noted that the chairmanship of the mission, the advisory committee, and all service and technical support units are working around the clock to provide all forms of support and cooperation and to overcome various difficulties, in coordination with campaigners and representatives, within the framework of integration, coordination, and concerted efforts to facilitate the performance of this ritual.
His Excellency praised the efforts made by the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to serve the pilgrims, hailing the cooperation of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umra and Ithra Al-Khair Company for pilgrim services, which facilitated much of the mission's work and facilitated its affairs to serve the pilgrims.
HE the Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs and Head of the Qatari Hajj Mission urged the campaigners to constantly communicate with the mission's leadership, its advisors, and the heads of the supporting service and technical units, and to put forward constructive visions and ideas, in order for the Qatari mission to move forward in developing the services provided to Qatar's pilgrims campaigns in all the holy sites to achieve excellence.
For their part, a number of campaigners appreciated the efforts of the Hajj and Umrah Affairs Department and its fruitful cooperation from the start of registration for this season until the completion of the electronic sorting, and following up on the registration of pilgrims until they left the homeland heading to the Holy sites, receiving them at the airport and supervising their arrival to their residence in Makkah Al Mukarramah.
They praised the efforts of the Qatari Hajj mission in the Holy sites, its preparation of the camps for state pilgrims in Arafa and Mina according to the highest specifications and standards, and the addition of many services and facilities that assist pilgrims and facilitate their performance of the Hajj in safe and comfortable conditions.
