Nvidia announces AI innovations at Computex, indicating new industrial revolution

Computex 2024, the island's premier Technology exhibition, is set to feature speeches from key officials of major international companies such as Qualcomm, AMD, and Intel. These companies are integral to the Semiconductor industry, which supplies critical components for a wide range of products, including iPhones and the servers that power GPT chat software.

Jensen Huang, a well-known figure in Taiwan, often attracts fans seeking autographs and selfies. Under his leadership, Nvidia has firmly established itself as the global leader in chips and devices specialized in artificial intelligence. During his address, Huang emphasized that companies and countries worldwide are partnering with Nvidia to transform traditional data centers, valued at thousands of billions of dollars, into advanced computing hubs. These new data centers, termed "artificial intelligence factories," are designed to produce AI as a new commodity, heralding a significant shift in the technological landscape.
