Royal Initiative: Issawi Inaugurates Several Projects In Ramtha, Bani Kinanah


(MENAFN- Jordan Times) AMMAN - Royal Court Chief Yousef Issawi on Wednesday inaugurated several Royal initiative projects in the Ramtha and Bani Kinanah districts in Irbid.

In Ramtha, Issawi, who is also head of the follow-up committee for the implementation of Royal initiatives, inaugurated a new branch of the Zaha Cultural Centre, which was implemented by a Royal initiative. Issawi also visited several parks that were established in Ramtha following directives issued by His Majesty King Abdullah after meeting with Irbid residents, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The centre benefits 550 children by offering training courses in various fields. The centre also provides women's empowerment courses covering several topics.

Issawi also visited the Hashemite Park in Turrah, which was instituted by various facilities to serve local residents, and toured Martyr Ahmad Al Zu'bi Park in the Sahel Houran area.

In Bani Kinanah, Issawi inaugurated a fully furnished multi-purpose venue to be used for various social occasions, as well as cultural and volunteer activities.

In statements to the press, Issawi said that the Royal initiatives, including the establishment of multi-purpose halls, parks and model gardens, are intended to serve various segments of society and ensure that different age groups are provided with an encouraging environment for their creativity and talents.
