SACRAMENTO, CA - Randle Communications has promoted Julie Phillips to president and partner as part of a larger expansion of the agency's leadership team.
Phillips, most recently Randle's VP and managing director, will lead agency operations while playing a larger strategic role in major client work. During her 11 years at Randle, Phillips launched the firm's digital public affairs program and led public relations and public affairs projects for major California clients.
Founder Jeff Randle will remain CEO.
Additional personnel moves include Lindsey Goodwin, Erin Dunlay and Nanette Farag being promoted to senior VP roles in public affairs, public relations and political affairs respectively, positioning the company for accelerated growth and innovation, Randle said.
Goodwin, who joined Randle in 2013, will lead the firm's public affairs practice and launch a new health care practice. Erin Dunlay, a Randle team member since 2015, will drive the firm's growing public relations practice with experience launching large-scale initiatives, building and protecting brands and amplifying client stories using traditional and innovative digital tools. Farag, meantime, a four-year agency veteran, will fuel the expansion of the firm's political affairs practice.
