(MENAFN- Bangladesh Monitor) Dhaka: With an aim to raise financial awareness and knowledge amongst the masses, Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB) recently observed the Financial Literacy Day 2023 in a befitting manner at Khorarchar Bazar, Roail, Dhamrai, in the capital.
Md Abul Bashar, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank, and Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director and CEO of MTB virtually joined the event.
As part of the event, a Discussion Session was arranged for awareness development where students and people of Khorarchar Bazar area participated.
The event was also attended by Abdul Mujib, Principal, Professor M A Mannan College, Molla Md Abul Hasnat Kamal (Aslam), President, Khorarchar Bazar Banik Samity and Abul Kalam Shamsuddiun (Mintu), Former Chairman, Roail Union Parishad.
From MTB, Md Shafquat Hossain, Head of Retail Banking Division, Madan Mahan Karmoker, Head of Agent Banking, Marcus Cornelius Gomes, Principal, MTB Training Institute, and Azam Khan, Head of Communications Department were also present on the occasion.
