The Saudi Tour Championship 2023, held in AlUla Governorate from January 30 to February 3, 2023, was won by Ruben Guerrero, a Portuguese professional road racer who rides for the Movistar Team. Guerrero completed the race's five stages while holding the overall individual time classification lead over 112 rivals who represented 16 teams from the world's seven continents.
The Portuguese cyclist won the overall championship despite finishing last individually in the fifth stage of the race, which covered a distance of 143 km from the old town of AlUla to Maraya.
