'It is time for Russia to realize that the international community is increasingly determined to help Ukraine resist their barbaric and illegal invasion,' he said.
Wallace also expressed satisfaction that Germany is joining the UK, France and Poland in sending tanks to Ukraine.

Later, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said at the Bundestag after a defense committee meeting that Leopard 2 tanks from Germany could be delivered to Ukraine in about three months.
