Kharkiv Region's Border Areas Remain Under Enemy Fire


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) On January 11, 2023, Russian invaders continued to attack the Kharkiv region's border areas.

The relevant statement was made by Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Head Oleh Syniehubov on telegram , an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Yesterday, the enemy continued shelling the Kharkiv region's border settlements. With mortars and artillery, the invaders struck Huriv Kozachok, Strilecha, Starytsia, Ohirtseve, Vovchansk, Vilcha and Novomlynsk,” Syniehubov wrote.

In the Kupiansk direction, Russian troops again opened fire on Dvorichna, Kupiansk, Kyslivka, Tabaivka and other settlements.

As a result, a trade pavilion, detached houses and household buildings were damaged. Enemy projectiles also hit an enterprise in Vovchansk. Fortunately, no casualties among civilians were reported, Syniehubov stressed.

A reminder that, on January 11, 2023, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled enemy attacks near 12 settlements.
