NEW DELHI — Kaizzen has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Gayatri Ramanathan as senior director, ESG & sustainability. Ramanathan (pictured) will be working closely with CEO Vineet Handa. She brings more than a decade of experience in the field of sustainability, climate & energy and more than two decades of experience as a journalist. Before joining Kaizzen, Ramanathan worked with Shakti Sustainable Energy Foundation, in programmatic, donor engagement and fund-raising roles. She also worked with the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission in a regulatory role.

HONG KONG — FGS Global has hired Xuan Yan as partner, senior advisor China, further strengthening the firm's global geopolitical capabilities and expanding its client offer in cross-border offerings. The firm also announced the launch of its“Global China Bridge” as part of its global geopolitical practice. In his new role, Xuan will focus on Hong Kong, mainland China and the US and will work closely with FGS Global's geopolitical and corporate reputation teams worldwide, building ties between regions and providing Chinese, US and multinational clients with seamless, cross-border counsel. Xuan built his career in China and the US over the last 30 years, most recently as operating partner at North Asia buyout firm, MBK Partners.
