Doha: Aiming to provide best in class guest experience, Dana Club, owned and operated by Katara Hospitality, has added new features and services for its guests.
The club with a rich history of 20 years, has witnessed significant increase in the number of its guests over the past couple of months.
“We have registered strong increase in the footfalls over the past few months. We expect to witness increase in the number of our guests in the coming days as restrictions related to coronavirus have been eased. We aim to attract more guests by increasing our membership and attracting non-members,” said Ahmad Hussaen Al Abdulla, General Manager, Dana Club while addressing the media roundtable.

Ahmad Hussaen Al Abdulla was appointed as the new General Manager on January 9, this year. Ahmad has a rich experience spanning nearly 10 years in the hospitality industry.“I am looking forward to achieving a greater milestone for Dana Club and welcoming guests and members who have loved this club for years,” he said.
Dana Club is a private members club, offering families a place to relax, dine, exercise and play. The club offers different categories of memberships, with a focus on ladies only facilities and days.
Currently, one of Doha's most recognizable buildings is undergoing rebranding and repositioning. After the renovation undertaken for the kitchen, the F&B team is looking forward to bringing innovative, exciting dishes to diners, with the introduction of new lounges and SuperBowl Menus.
Dana Club has become home to Bayt Al Dana, a new restaurant imbued with warm Middle Eastern hospitality that embraces Arabian Cuisines.
To attract more guests, the club is planning to open its restaurant and swimming pool for non-members.“We are enhancing our services, reaching out to the community to increase our membership. Recreational facilities, such as swimming pool and restaurant will be open for other guests,” he added.
Bayt Al Dana is a convivial and elegant restaurant, offering middle eastern gastronomy paired with local culinary traditions, with a refined a la carte menu, created especially for guests seeking excellence.
Ahmad Hussaen Al Abdulla said,“Whether you are choosing from a selection of hot and cold mezze, a wide variety of meat, chicken, or fish dishes, our chefs invite you to eat your way around Lebanon, Qatar, Tunisia , Morocco, and so many middle eastern countries.” “On the a la carte menu guests can expect to see dishes such as hot and cold mezze, Qatari Lamb Majbous, Royal Couscous, Lamb Tajine,to name a few,” he added.
Authentic food-seekers can enjoy the ambience and traditional cuisine surrounded by an interior reminiscent of Arabic fairy tales. They can also enjoy the outdoor terrace with the view by the pool, in the good weather.
He said that the Logo change reflects the company's vision to make Dana Club, a home away from home.“With this contemporary and minimal approach, we want to communicate Dana Club as a place of gathering and a place of familiar faces,” he said.
