A joint session of the committees of Azerbaijan's Parliament on legal policy, state building and defense, security and corruption fighting in Shusha has ended, Trend reports.

The bills considered at the session were recommended for discussion at the plenary session of the parliament.

During the meeting, the MPs first discussed the bill 'On approval of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between governments of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Georgia on 'Caucasian Eagle' exercises of special forces”.

The term of the MoU is one year. It's automatically extended for another year, unless one of the parties 30 days before the expiration of the document notifies the other parties in writing through diplomatic channels of its intention to terminate it.

The memorandum can be canceled 30 days after the date of receipt of the notice.

The document may be amended and updated by mutual agreement of the parties. Such amendments and updates are an integral part of the memorandum. They are drawn up as a separate document and come into force in the same manner as the memorandum itself.

Will be updated
