Amazon workers plan major strike on Friday

(MENAFN) Employees of Amazon get ready to disturb Black Friday processes at the biggest virtual retailer in the world by performing work strikes in more than 30 nations.

While raising the slogan “Make Amazon Pay” the international employees association group seeks to force Amazon to pay higher salaries and a good amount of taxes and lower its “impact on the planet,” according to the site of Amazon’s workers.

The strike on Friday, Nov. 26 is predicted to impact Amazon’s storages, data centers, offices, and affiliated plants in nations as disparate as the US, Germany, India, and South Africa.

In the list containing their desires, the huge collection of 70 exchange unions and groups similar to Greenpeace and Oxfam assume the “pandemic has exposed how Amazon places profits ahead of workers, society, and our planet.”
