How HROne has Improved Employee Engagement in 2021?
(MENAFN- HROne) 11th November 2021, Noida: since the outbreak of the novel pandemic, COVID-19, employee engagement has been one of the toughest challenges for all businesses across India. Taking this issue into consideration, HROne has always come up with out-of-the-box features for its users. Even this year, when companies were shut down following the second wave of coronavirus, it has aided employers/HRs to continue their operations seamlessly. If employee wellness is considered, HROne was the only HRMS software in India that added features every now and then to empower employees and make things easier for them in a virtual environment.
All that said, take a look at the top three ways HROne has supported its users to improve employee engagement lately:
T20BurnoutBreak
Last month, HROne in association with its users launched #T20BurnoutBreak for all the employees onboarded on the HROne platform. For the unintended, at the start of every day, employees are expected to predict the winner for match(es) for the day. Employees can predict the winner for the matches as late as 3 PM on the HROne web/ mobile portal. Next day, HROne notifies if the team an employee was cheering for, won or lost. HROne has even decided to announce weekly and tournament prizes on the HROne LinkedIn page.
This event has been designed to nurture a happy as well as engaging workforce. It has, undoubtedly, helped companies to improve their overall employee engagement.
HROne Ka IPL
In July, HROne introduced HROne ka IPL as a part of the employee engagement campaign. Now, HROneKaIPL was also an amazing initiative as this prediction tournament was being organized across the organizations. With the beginning of IPL, HROne decided to introduce its initiative under the campaign of employee engagement. Needless to mention, it was the first one of its kind initiative that provided every employee in the company to participate as well as win amazing prizes. The Brand Manager of HROne, Shelly Mittal has even hinted at this as a successful event for the employee engagement campaign.
Fundraiser
HROne also added a feature named Fundraiser in the dashboard. The Fundraiser feature helped companies to collect donations for an NGO or raise funds for an employee from a single platform. Using this feature, employers and employees were able to do the needful in just a few clicks. That means no clutter or confusion. During these testing times, features like fundraiser helped the HROne users to ensure employee satisfaction.
All the aforementioned initiatives have helped HROne in spreading happiness and joy among employees.
