Italy: 5.5-magnitude earthquake jolts 55 km north of Peschici


(MENAFN) According to the U.S. Geological Survey, on Saturday, Mar. 27 a 5.5-magnitude quake struck 55 km north of Peschici, Italy, at 1347 GMT.

The epicenter, with a deepness of 10.0 km, was at first concluded to be at 42.4429 degrees north latitude and 16.0468 degrees east longitude.
