Iran: House prices in Tehran increase 1.9 percent
(MENAFN) Tasnim news agency revealed that the CBI"s statement put the normal price for one square meter of a housing unit at 235 million rials (about USD5, 595) in the capital city throughout the first half of the current month.
The accommodation price in Tehran city has increased 10.5 percent in Mordad, which is the fifth month of the Iranian calendar year (July 22-August 21), from its former month, according to the CBI"s former statement.
The CBI report also shows that the accommodation price in the capital city has increased 77.4 percent in the fifth month of this year, from the same month of the earlier year 2019.
The statement put the regular price of one square meter of a house at 231.1 million rials (about USD 5,502) in the capital city.
