Saudi Embassy instructs KFA to be Emergency shelter for affected from nearby building caught in fire


(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) London, July 18, 2019,SPA-- Saudi Ambassador to the United Kingdom Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz has instructed King Fahad Academy (KFA) to open its doors to receive evacuated residents from a nearby block of flats that was caught in a huge fire after a flat was alight.
Fire engines, police and ambulances were called to the building and evacuated all residents with no casualties.
A team from the Saudi embassy rushed to the building to check up on Saudi citizens residing in the building and other residents, provided meals and water for all those evacuated to King Fahad Academy until the fire was extinguished and it was safe to go back to their residences.
