(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Accra, Ghana, 01 July 2019 SPA -- Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, Dr. Mahmudu Bawumia, opened the International Conference being organized by Muslim World League (MWL) in the Ghanaian capital of Accra under the title "Religious and Ethnic Minorities, Rights and Duties", with the participation of the Secretary General of the League Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdul-Karim Al-Issa.
Dr. Bawumia stressed that the theme of the conference is very important and serious, expressing his happiness to attend and participate in the discussion of an important issue that seeks to achieve harmony and national social peace through the establishment of a culture of minority rights and the performance of their duties.
For his part, Dr. Al-Issa said that WML is pleased to organize this important conference and to be a forum for common values so that life runs on the right path to make all happy in their harmony, peace, advancement and development.
