(MENAFN) On Monday, Lebanon's Health Minister Jamil Jabak received an aid of pharmaceutical drugs from the Brazilian embassy in Lebanon, local media reported.
"This donation reflects the efforts exerted by Brazil to boost its ties with Arab countries including Lebanon," Brazilian Ambassador to Lebanon Paulo Cordeiro de Andrade Pinto was quoted as stating by the National News Agency.
The ambassador affirmed that this donation is a small support to the efforts made by Lebanon in collaboration with the United Nations' agencies to support Syrian refugees and Lebanon's host communities.
He affirmed that Brazil vowed continues support to Lebanon.
