Israel army kidnaps Lebanese woman


(MENAFN) Israeli occupation forces have kidnapped a Lebanese woman in the Tel Aviv-occupied Lebanese territory, the Lebanese army says.

The incident happened in Lebanon"s Shebaa Farms on Saturday and the abductee was identified as Nohad Dali.

"On April 28 at 8.30 p.m., an Israeli enemy patrol carried out the abduction of Nohad Dali from the town of Shebaa and took her into occupied Palestinian territory," said an army statement.

On Sunday, The Israeli enemy released on Sunday morning the Lebanese national, Nohad Dali, after she was kidnaped by an Israeli enemy patrol from the town of Shebaa, National News Agency correspondent said.

The United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon handed over Dali to the Lebanese Army.

A UN peacekeeping force is based on the Lebanon-Israel border. The last outright conflict there was a short war in 2006 between Israel and Lebanon's resistance movement Hezbollah group.
