Turkey: migrants go missing while crossing border
(MENAFN)Ten migrants have disappeared after a boat flipped over in the river alongside the Turkish-Greek border, with emergency services in process of looking for them, according to turkey's news.
A rubber boat carried people ranging between 8-10 with women and children among them, attempting to cross the border into Greece. The boat was reportedly found deflated.
Every year, a number of refugees and migrants access Greece from Turkey while travelling to Europe.
While on Turkish coast, 44 migrants were saved from a sinking boat.
